Managing stress is a very tricky thing. Some people can manage it easily while others struggle. But it is crucially important to to control your stress otherwise it leads to hell a lot of health problems including death. Why is it easy for some and hard for others? This depends on the personality type of the individual. there are three distinct personality types and they conform to the stress management types. So there are three stress management types.

The first one is Sattva or Person of Clarity. What it means is that you have a clear mind, balanced feelings, thoughts, and intellect. You take time to think about the situation and your needs and then research different stress management solutions. Once you find a suitable one you stick with it. because you are putting all these efforts initially you will be successful in controlling your stress.

The second stress management type is called Rajas or auto person who is agitated because of high energy. This means that this type of person he’s a doer and will immediately start doing without thinking. This means that this type of person starts on a stress management solution without thinking, so they get bored easily and move on to another solution and we’ll find it difficult to control their stress.

The third stress management type is called Tamas or a person who lives in denial. A person of this type is prone to dullness, inactivity and inertia. So they procrastinate a lot and only act when the problem becomes an emergency. Hence a person of this type will surely not be able to control their stress.
